Life has changed dramatically over these past five years; COVID, along with politics at home and around the world have produced a sea-change! One thing has not changed; my Team and I remain ready help your life go better.

Our Core Commitment is quite simple: serve the people of Elkhart, Goshen, Bristol, Middlebury, Osceola, Mishawaka, Granger, South Bend and greater Michiana. We endeavor to do everything we can to help make hard lives easier; helping people manage risk, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.

Service to our community starts by being engaged as a resident of Elkhart County since 1994. We arrived back then to help people as their Pastor. My spouse and I said “we do” in 1973 and by God’s grace we have. We were in love, and I was in college. I finished my BA at Duke in 1974, took a few years “kicking career tires” and investing in Student Ministry for 5 years before enrolling at Talbot Theological Seminary while serving a local church as the Associate Pastor. I finished my M.Div. in 1983 and invested my life as a Lead Pastor for the next 22 years.

The time came to do something different with our lives; in 2001 I was appointed to Agency with State Farm. It was a natural fit, helping people manage a different and temporal kind of risk.
